Portraits Made From Toy Soliders by Jean-Pierre Seguin

Montreal-based artist Jean-Pierre Seguin uses over 15,000 painted toy soldiers to create large-scale portraits and scenes. His process includes studying his source images from a distance and then coloring each plastic solider with different colors to show shade and depth. You can see Seguin’s toy solider portraits for yourself when they are on view in March 2014 at ok harris gallery in New York City.
