Steve Buscemi is now passing out flyers at a bowling alley for Vampire Weekend

First, he leveraged the full power of his AOL email, and now Steve Buscemi is pounding the pavement to get the word out for the Vampire Weekend concert he is directing at Roseland Ballroom on April 28. Buscemi cornered New York City public advocate and mayoral candidate Bill de Blasio as he was entering a bowling alley and was able to get him to agree to let Vampire Weekend record the official song for NYC if he is elected mayor in exchange for each of the four band member's votes. It's unclear what the current official song of New York City is, but the Vampire Weekend version is bound to be better.
